All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact us to request a return authorization number within 7 days of the order's receipt date

Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account)
